- First, take out the USB power plug that comes with the device and plug it into a power bank.
- Next, place the battery pack in the designated pocket on the device. Fixes the battery firmly with a hook-and-loop buckle to prevent it from falling off during use.
- To turn on the device, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. You should see a light come on to indicate that the device is on.
- Once the device is turned on, you can adjust the heating temperature or the vibration frequency by briefly pressing the power button. Each press will allow you to switch to a different level of heating/vibration. Keep pressing until you reach the desired level.
- To turn off the device, press and hold the power button until the LED turns off. This indicates that the device is completely off.

- Before using the device, make sure the battery pack is fully charged to avoid power loss during use.
- For optimal use, place the device on the sore or tired area of your body to benefit from the soothing effects of heat and vibration.
